Our first Career Carnival in Bergen County was a big success, with over 150 career-curious kids and families and an outstanding group of Career Guides representing a variety of fields. The large meeting space was light, bright, and beautiful, and we even had lots of parking (and that’s something we have learned not to take for granted!).
Our experienced Career Guides brought their “A game” as they always do. AIA NJ EPiC, ASCE, Langan Engineering, Math Imagined, National CSI Camp, New Jersey Aviation Education Council, and Parsippany Cube Club have all participated in multiple – in some cases, many – Career Carnivals, and they know the drill: engage, educate, inspire!
First-time Career Guides from Arcee Tech, Bergen County Sheriff’s Office, Core Care Plus Rehab, Kumon of Paramus, Paramus Police Department, SmileKidz, and The Valley Hospital were no less remarkable – and not surprisingly, we hope that they’ll all join us again (and again).
And to make the experience even sweeter, Mindful Café in Ramsey provided delicious cookies for everyone to enjoy.
